Revelation

After the whole "The world regeneration process is a fake!" ordeal, the group now consisting of Lloyd, Genis, Colette, Sheena, Raine, and Zelos were in Tethe'alla. In order to find a cure for Colette (she lost her soul during the process), the team went to Sybak where it is thought that one of the scientists might be able to help. I'm not sure if Sheena was with them at this time (blame my not so perfect memory) so I just won't mention her at all. Once the group went into the institute, they were immediately stopped by Papal knights. Lloyd asks what's wrong and it seems the knights have noticed that there were two half elves traveling with them, Raine and Genis. As the half elves were at the bottom of the caste system in Tethe'alla, they are shunned and usually locked away in labs, never to see the light. Or they were simply executed. The knights capture Raine and Genis and bring them back to Meltokio, perhaps for their execution.

Meanwhile, the rest of the group gets thrown into the basement of the Sybak insititute where they meet Kate, another half elf. Lloyd wonders why half elves have to suffer when Zelos mentions that in Tethe'alla, they are treated like crap and in schools professors teach kids that they are filthy creatures. The team makes a deal with Kate, if they come back with Raine and Genis, Kate would remove Presea from her experiment (she was a test subject of the cruxis crystal). They both agreed, and Kate shows them a secret passage, allowing for their escape.

After reaching the end of the Tethe'alla bridge, the group is met with the Papal knights. Lloyd and company defeat them and thus saves both Raine and Genis from their imprisoning. Genis and Raine asks if it was okay that they travel with the group. Everyone says it's not a problem, they have been traveling for so long together already and that they are the same. Zelos is hesitant as he was raised to hate half elves but he says that they got a lot of similarites and allows it.
