Otherworldly Gate

When the group reached Altessa's home after Ozette was destroyed, Altessa decided to tell them the whole ordeal, why Ozette was destory, everything. He tells them that he used to work from Cruxis and that the experiment they put Presea through was his fault. Once he started talking about the Otherworldly Gate, Raine became unesay but said it was nothing. The next morning, Lloyd realizes that she's gone and wonders where she could've gone. The group heads to Altamira where they find out that Raine possibly could've headed to the Otherworldly gate. During the night, the team lands on the Otherworldly Gate and find Raine there. She tells Genis and everyone else that this was where Genis and her were abandon. Lloyd is confused, as he thought they were born in Sylvarant but Raine says they were not. Born and raised in the village of the elves, Heimdall, both along with their mother were banished from the village. Also, the empire found out of Raine's intellects and tried to capture her so that she could aid them in their researches. Virginia, her mother fled from places to places until finally reaching the Gate. She thought that both Genis and Raine could lead a much happier life in Sylvarant and leaves them there, hoping that it would take them to Sylvarant. The gate opens and the two are transfered to Sylvarant where Raine tells everyone that they are full fledged elves thus allowing them to live in Iselia.
